PowerWave (15-6, #3)  vs. Lethal Lobsters (10-11,  #6)
Skinny:

PowerWave begins defense of the crown against the upstart Lobsters.  PowerWave handled the rookie manager with ease during the regular season earning SOW awards in each encounter.  While this might look like a rout on paper, don't under-estimate to scrappy Lobsters.  Both teams are playing well of late and this is a very tough first round match-up for the defending champs.

Phat Pharm (12-9, #4)  vs. Reckless Drivers (13-8,  #5)
Skinny:

These two teams hooked up twice in the regular season and it was the Reckless Drivers that won each of the closely contested games.  Look for more of the same as both teams are dangerous and look to put together a playoff run that will carry them to the this years title.
