2002 Baseball Overview

The season is nigh upon us.

 - You will play each team in the league twice.

 - Your head-2-head match-up goes from Sunday-Saturday.  You start you 'next game' next Sunday.

 - There are 24 head-2-head categories.  It is your CUMULATIVE Weekly Scores, based upon your weekly performance in these categories, that determine your standing in the league.

- The Top 6 finishers will compete in the "Championship Playoffs".    The bottom six will be banished to the consolation playoffs.

- I keep team W/L records just for the purpose of determining who the Head-2-Head W/L champ is.   Last year it was PowerWave.    This title, a.k.a "the Al Gore Award",  does not have any impact in the overall standings.

Well, it looks like a balanced league.  Let's hope Bud and Donnie keep the game going for the whole season.  While we're at it, let's hope Arial and Yassar get things calmed down in the ME.

Good luck, Happy Easter, Play Ball
